Booking and Cancellation Policy
At SkinHaus UK, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience. Please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy.
1. Booking Appointments
· Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person.
· A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
· Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
2. Payment Terms
· We accept credit/debit cards, cash and bank transfer.
· We also offer *Klarna as a payment option. *Terms and conditions apply for Klarna payments.
· Full payment must be completed the day of the appointment.
· Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed of any adjustments before confirming your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
· Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will not incur additional charges. However, deposits are non-refundable.
· Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of £30 or 50% of the total cost.
· No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
4. Rescheduling
· Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
· Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation (see above).
5. Refund Policy
· Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we must cancel your appointment.
· Refunds for prepaid services will be issued only in cases where the cancellation is initiated by us or due to extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.
6. No-Show Policy
· Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full treatment fee.
· After 2 no-shows, we may require full prepayment for future bookings.
7. Changes and Exceptions
· While we strive to accommodate all requests, certain changes (e.g., treatment type) may not be feasible without adequate notice.
· In the rare event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we may need to reschedule your appointment. Any deposits will be carried over to the new date.
