2. Mandatory Consultation Before Booking

2.3. If you are deemed unsuitable for the treatment during the consultation, you will not be able to proceed with Klarna payment for that treatment.
3. Booking and Payments
3.1. Once the consultation is complete and treatment suitability is confirmed, you can proceed with booking and payment via Klarna.
3.2. Payment through Klarna must be approved before the appointment is confirmed.
3.3. Klarna payments are subject to their terms, including repayment schedules and any applicable interest rates.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. If you need to cancel your appointment, our standard cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
4.2. Refunds for treatments paid via Klarna will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. If a refund is issued, it will be processed through Klarna.
4.3. If a treatment is partially completed, refunds may not be available.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they can meet Klarna’s payment terms before proceeding.
5.2. Any missed or late payments with Klarna are the client’s responsibility, and SkinHaus UK is not liable for any penalties imposed by Klarna.
5.3. Clients must inform SkinHaus UK of any changes in their health or circumstances that may affect their treatment.
