Refund Policy

At SkinHaus UK, every treatment is carried out with professional care following a thorough consultation and assessment.

Aesthetic treatment results vary between individuals and are influenced by factors including anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, skin condition and the body’s individual response. For this reason, specific results, longevity or complete symmetry cannot be guaranteed.

Once a treatment has been performed, refunds will not normally be offered simply because the result differs from a client’s personal expectations or preferences.

If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact SkinHaus UK promptly. You may be invited to attend a review appointment so the treated area can be assessed fully. Where appropriate, suitable advice, aftercare or corrective options will be discussed.

Nothing within this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights. If a treatment has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, any appropriate remedy will be considered in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act  2015.

This policy relates to completed treatments. Appointment cancellations, rescheduling and booking fees are covered separately within our Cancellation and Booking Policy.
